STEAM & RETICULATION MONITORING
At Nexor Enterprises, we offer our customers tailor made Service
Level Agreements to monitor, inspect, repair an offer advise on their
steam reticulation and condensate recovery systems based on your
processes and facilities
We also offer our customers inspections and verification of the
safety features on their boilers and issue reports with our findings
and recommendations to increase the efficiency and life of the
boiler and it’s ancillary items
TRAP AND STEAM LINES
We will identify and tag steam traps locations and type of traps. Conduct thermal surveys of upstream and downstream temperatures, check lines and valves for visible leaks, issue report with recommendations and service if required.

BOILER AND BURNER
Inspect burners and log their pressures & temperatures, check for leaks, verify damper free movement, check safety features, replace nozzles, periodically clean / replace photocells. Boiler would include all standard inspections such as , not limited to: guy wires, valves, leaks on nozzles, blow down the boiler, float safety valve, check emissions when required etc.
